Ms. Leah began her dance training at Mary Ellen School of dance at age 6 where she learned ballet, pointe, lyrical, hip hop, jazz, tap, and musical theater. At age 13, she became a principal dancer of the Florida Dance Theater where she danced many corps and soloist roles.
At age 16, she began classical ballet training at Central Florida Ballet Academy where she performed in many Nutcrackers. She danced in many roles alongside professionals such as the Party Scene, Snow, and Waltz of the Flowers.
This Nutcracker was considered the best in the Nation and was publicly televised. At age 18, she was the founder of contemporary at Mary Ellen School of Dance and the Florida Dance Theater, where she found this style to be her favorite. At age 19, she had her own business as Disney’s Princess Belle where she performed and interacted with people at special occasions.
At age 20, Ms. Leah became co-director and writer of the Florida Dance Theater where she wrote original shows as well as danced in them.
At age 21, she danced the leading role of the Sugar Plumb Fairy at the Florida Dance Theater.
During this time, she also trained with Broadway Dance Center in New York City, studying ballet, and interacted with people at special occasions.

During this time, she also trained with Broadway Dance Center in New York City, studying ballet, jazz funk, and contemporary. At age 23, Ms.
Leah trained with Dance Alive National Ballet where trainers from Miami City Ballet and Italy came and guest taught over the years. At age 25, she went on as a dancer at Universal Studios. During this time Ms. Leah also trained with S-Connection studying Aerial Silks and Lyra. At age 28, Ms. Leah was a back up dancer and choreographer for the Mike Matthews entertainment.
Over the past 18 years, Ms. Leah has taught and choreographed for many talented and passionate dancers of all ages at Mary Ellen School of Dance, Pofalh’s Dance Studio, Florida Dance Theater, Belleview High School, Mike Matthews Entertainment, and Premier Dance of Ocala. Ms. Leah is thrilled to share her passion and knowledge of dance with others and looks forward to what more is in store.
